Kemerdekaan kita diraih oleh perjuangan bersama berbagai golongan, agama, dan bahkan tingkat pendidikan dengan satu cita-cita: Mewujudkan Indonesia yang adil, berdaulat, dan makmur untuk semua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekarang, bagaimana semangat tersebut bisa terus dihidupkan dengan mengikuti zaman?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jawabannya: <em>Crowdfunding<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam Bahasa Indonesia disebut &#8220;urun dana&#8221;, yaitu pengumpulan dana dalam jumlah kecil dari sejumlah besar individu atau masyarakat luas untuk berdonasi pada isu sosial tertentu atau usaha-usaha kecil dan rintisan. <em>Crowdfunding <\/em>dilakukan atas kepercayaan dan keyakinan bahwa program penyelesaian isu sosial atau bisnis tertentu dapat mengubah masyarakat secara luas. Jadi, <em>crowdfunding <\/em>bisa dibilang adalah bentuk kesepakatan antara bisnis dan masyarakat untuk saling mendukung dalam menciptakan perubahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bagaimana Masyarakat dan Bisnis Saling Mendukung dalam <em>Crowdfunding<\/em>?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bisnis didaftarkan oleh pengusaha di platform <em>crowdfunding <\/em>online yang akan menghubungkan dengan investor. Pengusaha mempromosikan bisnis mereka dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan penambahan modal dari banyak investor yang berasal dari masyarakat umum. Penggalangan penambahan modal (urun dana) tersebut dilakukan dengan penawaran efek berbasis ekuitas atau utang yang nantinya akan dibeli oleh investor untuk mendukung bisnis-bisnis tersebut.
